I’m Andriy Yurchenko, a senior product designer and design engineer with 14 years across digital products and several ventures of my own.
The work sits at the intersection of product strategy, UX architecture, design, and the practical realities of running a business. That includes launching, operating, selling, and shutting down ventures. It shaped how I think about product decisions, risk, and where further investment is actually justified.
Most often, the work begins when a product is still taking shape, a new direction is being explored, or complexity is starting to get in the way.
The goal is to clarify what the company is building, challenge the assumptions behind it, structure the product, and turn that direction into something the team can execute.
Some engagements start with a one-week Product Diagnosis: a written recommendation on what to keep, cut, change, and what should happen next. Others start with the design work itself.
Experience includes Bitplanet (Deva, 10Planet), TrustToken (TrueFi), Equi, Volterra (acquired by F5 for $500M), Santiment and Stakenet. The startups I have worked with raised more than $200M between them, and I have launched more than 40 products and MVPs.
I work remotely with teams anywhere.
